To ensure that all returns are handled in the most efficient way, uthermic.com manages all requests for both returns and exchanges. There are 3 easy steps that you can do entirely within your uthermic.com customer account.
1. After your product/s are delivered, you can access the returns area of your account by clicking on the "RMA" button which is located on the main left-hand menu of your account. Here you will also be able to click the "REQUEST NEW RETURN" button.
2. You will then be shown the items that were placed in your order and (if multiple) can select the one that you are wishing to return or exchange by clicking the checkbox in the top left corner of the product.
You will see the drop down boxes to select from on the right-hand side which you can easily choose from depending on what the scenario is.
**You can also add any extra information and upload files like a picture of damage or wrong items before you click the submit button.
- As soon as your Return or Exchange request has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care Team will review it and if it meets all requirements then get it approved.
You will receive an email with the return address and if included as part of the specific company policy, a prepaid return shipping label. (If not you will just need to get one when you mail it)
3. You should then select to download the Returns Summary Slip. Attach it to the package for reference and simply send the package off via your chosen carrier (or the specified carrier if prepaid)
**NOTE: Before making any return requests please review the Returns and Exchanges Policy that is located on all of the Brand Storefront pages which can be accessed via the "BRANDS" tab in the header if on a desktop, OR the menu tab and the bottom on mobile.
You will then find it under "STORE POLICIES"
